In line with the Titan Group’s European expansion strategy, Titan Italia has completed a key phase of its 2022 investment plan—doubling production capacity for mid-range wheels through a newly installed line dedicated to sizes up to 42 inches in diameter and 23 inches in width.
This milestone comes just one year after the Titan Group launched its plan to boost wheel production by over 30% across its Italian, French, and Turkish facilities. The initiative
includes upgrading painting lines to meet the highest quality standards while aligning with European sustainability targets.
In Italy, the new production line answers growing demand for mid-range wheels across the European market. It represents a significant leap forward in capacity and capability for Titan Italia, which is also preparing to install a new powder coating facility by the end of next year. This next-generation paint line is designed for high energy efficiency and minimal environmental impact.
Beyond OEM production, Titan Italia is set to expand into the aftermarket with a new product range tailored to customers needing specialized wheels not included by default on agricultural equipment. These wheels will be certified for quality and load capacity, feature a dedicated color scheme, and proudly display the Titan logo.
Offered primarily in the variable-track “Waffle” configuration, the new range will be showcased on an upcoming Titan Italia website. The site will provide product information, direct contact options, and order placement via authorized dealers—making the purchasing process more seamless than ever.
